GACE Marketing Education Exam Study Guide


Marketing Education is a vital subject that deals with the tools and techniques of marketing and advertising. Eligibility for GACE Marketing Education Exam


To appear for GACE Marketing Education, candidate should meet all the eligibility criteria listed by the board. For getting renewable certification candidate should possess bachelor degree and certification from any state approved college. If the candidate does not possess certification however enrolled in it then he can apply for the non renewable certification. After completing non renewable certification, candidate can go for a renewable one.

Format of GACE Marketing Education Exam


GACE Marketing Education includes two sub tests. Each sub test include objective and subjective questions.

Sub test I

  • Foundations of Marketing- 18 objective questions and 1 subjective question
  • Principles of Marketing- 24 objective questions and 1 subjective question
  • Role of management in marketing 18 objective questions

Sub test II

  • Role of information and technology in Marketing 16 objective questions and 1 subjective question
  • Global marketing & E- Commerce 16 objective questions and 1 subjective question
  • Economics and accounting 28 objective questions

Scoring of GACE Marketing Education Exam is done on the scale of 300, out of which 220 are minimum marks required to get the certification. 80% weightage is given to marks scored through objective questions and 20% weightage is given to marks scored in subjective questions.
