Format Of The Certified Associate in Project Management Credential Exam:
The CAPM exam is administered both in computer-based and paper-and-pencil format. It consists of 150 multiple-choice questions of which 15 are pretest questions. The content covered in the exam includes the following chapters of the A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide:

The candidates are given 4 hours to complete the examination.
