Special Purpose Examination (SPEX) Test Preparation Study Guide


The SPEX is administered by the Federation Of State Medical Boards (FSMB). The purpose of the exam is to assess the ability, of physician's hold or have held a license in United states, to apply the gained medical knowledge that is considered essential for continued practice.

Format Of The Special Purpose Examination (SPEX):


The SPEX is administered in computer-based format. It consists of multiple-choice questions divided into seven blocks with 48 questions in each block.
